You are not just what you eat; you are what you drink.

Water holds the key to our health and we hold the key to the health of our water.
Pure, clean water is crucial to our health and well-being, but when it comes to managing sickness and disease or staying healthy its absence is never considered as a possible cause.

Could your health problem be a symptom of dehydration ? Perhaps something as simple as water can rejuvenate your life. We have all heard that we should drink the recommended eight glasses of water per day and how important it is to be well hydrated. When we are taken to the hospital for any serious health issue we are automatically hooked up to an intravenous drip of Ringer’s Lactate (salty water). The medical community is well aware of the healing benefits of being hydrated and assumes that every person who enters the hospital is chronically dehydrated.

The use of pure clean water to heal the body has been studied and documented  for hundreds of years. With the advent of the pharmaceutical industry water has been deliberately kept out of modern medicine that treats “symptoms” in the name of quality of life.

Water is the basis of all life and that includes your body. Your muscles are 75% water; your blood that transport nutrients is 82% water; your lungs that provide oxygen are 90% water; your brain , the control center of your body, is 76% water; even your bones are 25% water.

Our health is truly dependent on the quality, quantity and proper application of the water.
